    We are currently seeking Technicians with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality results.

    Successful candidates typically have backgrounds in independent automotive repair, automotive trade programs, electronics installation, aerospace assembly, or other technical roles involving mechanical and electrical systems. We also encourage applications from those with experience in autonomous vehicle operations or software testing, provided they have significant hands-on mechanical experience, such as building project cars or custom computers.

    In this role, you will spend most of the day transforming stock vehicles for autonomous hardware. Responsibilities include following detailed instructions to remove interior panels, route wiring harnesses, mount sensors and brackets, and verify all installations. This work requires extensive use of hand tools and a high level of attention to detail. At the end of each stage, you will power up systems and verify connections to ensure the vehicle is ready for the next phase of the build process.

    Experience needed:

    • Vehicle teardown and reassembly
    • Wiring harness installation and routing
    • Low-voltage electrical systems
    • Diagnosing installation and integration issues
    • Reading technical drawings and installation documentation
