Work on a development team, utilizing Agile scrum methodology, which is responsible for developing and maintaining agency wide Platform as a Service (PaaS) capability deployed across multiple security domains. The PaaS environment supports multiple tenants deploying a myriad of application stacks and data services.Specific Duties and Responsibilities:O&M of existing Red Hat OpenShift environment across multiple security domains in both Cloud and datacenter (vSphere) environmentsSupport OpenShift operators and frameworks including Crossplane, Kyverno, RedHat GitOpsDeploy OpenShift to new sites as they come onlineWork with internal and external teams to understand integration requirements and scale existing platforms to meet themWork with Security to ensure ongoing compliance and develop secure solutionsSupport data services including RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elastic StackCompile detailed documentationEducation/Experience:High School Diploma/GED + 12 Years relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree + 8 Years relevant experienceMeet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following: Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNADesired Skills:Experience deploying and managing RedHat Open Shift in a cloud and/or vSphere environmentExperience with Amazon Web ServicesPython, Shell scripting, GitLinux distributions: RHEL/RHCOS, CentOSCI/CD orchestration tools: GitLab CI, JenkinsContainer technology: Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Native Computing Foundation ecosystem in general
