    Description

We are sharing a specialised full-time opportunity for senior business, revenue, and sales operations professionals with substantial ownership of enterprise operating functions, systems, processes, and decision-making.

This role supports advanced research focused on improving how AI systems reason through real-world business operations work. Selected professionals will review complex operational tasks and outputs, develop authoritative reference solutions and instructions, and translate practical operating judgement into clear standards for high-quality business decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    Business & Sales Operations Review

    • Evaluate business, revenue, and sales operations tasks for accuracy, completeness, and operational realism
    • Review outputs for flawed assumptions, missing steps, inconsistent figures, and weak reasoning
    • Identify answers that appear plausible but would not withstand a professional operating review
    • Assess whether conclusions are supported by the underlying business context and available data
    • Apply senior operational judgement across complex enterprise scenarios

    Revenue Operations & Forecasting

    • Develop and review scenarios involving revenue operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance measurement
    • Evaluate sales capacity, territory, quota, and coverage decisions
    • Assess operational assumptions behind revenue plans and forecasts
    • Review business metrics for internal consistency and practical relevance
    • Create realistic scenarios reflecting enterprise GTM operations

    CRM & Go-to-Market Systems

    • Apply hands-on expertise with CRM and go-to-market systems
    • Develop tasks involving sales processes, data quality, workflow design, and operational reporting
    • Evaluate how systems support pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial execution
    • Identify gaps between system configuration and real operating requirements
    • Translate practical GTM systems knowledge into structured evaluation criteria

Pricing, Deal Desk & Commercial Operations

    • Develop and evaluate scenarios involving pricing, approvals, deal structures, and commercial workflows
    • Review trade-offs across pricing strategy, revenue impact, and operational constraints
    • Assess deal-desk decisions involving legal, finance, sales, and executive stakeholders
    • Evaluate whether recommendations reflect realistic enterprise approval processes
    • Create reference solutions representing strong commercial judgement

    Business Analytics & Process Improvement

    • Review analytical tasks involving operational performance, process efficiency, and business decision-making
    • Identify numbers that do not reconcile or assumptions that lack adequate support
    • Develop scenarios involving process improvement, operating models, and resource allocation
    • Evaluate the quality of business analysis and recommendations
    • Apply practical experience to distinguish actionable insight from generic analysis

    Instruction & Reference Solution Development

    • Write detailed task instructions and specifications reflecting authentic operations workflows
    • Produce high-quality reference solutions to complex business problems
    • Define what constitutes a complete and professionally credible response
    • Translate tacit operating knowledge into explicit and teachable evaluation criteria
    • Develop new scenarios that reflect how senior operators actually work

    Quality Standards & Calibration

    • Collaborate with research teams and professionals from adjacent domains
    • Help maintain consistent evaluation standards across business operations tasks
    • Refine criteria based on recurring errors and model performance
    • Identify common failure modes in operational reasoning
    • Contribute domain expertise to the development of new business-focused research workflows

    Ideal Profile

    • 4+ years of substantive experience owning a business operations, revenue operations, or sales operations function
    • Clear progression into senior responsibility, such as Manager, Senior Manager, Director, Vice President, COO, President, or comparable leadership level
    • Demonstrated ownership of a business function, budget, team, or significant operating process
    • Deep expertise in at least one area such as:
      • Sales operations and territory or quota design
      • Revenue operations and forecasting
      • CRM and go-to-market systems
      • Pricing and deal desk
      • Supply chain and inventory planning
      • Business analytics
      • Process improvement
    • Experience operating within a recognised organisation or similarly complex professional environment
    • Individual quota-carrying sales experience alone is not sufficient without substantive operations ownership
    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or comparable advanced degree strongly preferred
    • Practical experience using large language models in professional workflows
    • Strong judgement when distinguishing well-supported reasoning from superficially plausible conclusions
    • Excellent written communication and ability to provide precise, structured feedback
