BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)
Missouri City, Texas | Hybrid: 1 Remote Day / Week
This is a clinic-based role with the flexibility of one remote work day per week, ideal for a BCBA who thrives on building strong staff relationships, mentoring future clinicians, and driving quality client outcomes.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The BCBA will manage a client caseload, supervise clinical staff, and oversee treatment planning and assessments for clients receiving ABA services in Missouri City. This role also includes supervision of student analysts pursuing board certification.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing.
- Valid Texas behavior analyst license, in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing and supervising 10 or more staff.
- Active CAQH account (or ability to obtain and maintain one).
- TRICARE certification (or ability to obtain and maintain one).
- Ability to pass and maintain a clear background check.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain and maintain one).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and remain physically active throughout the workday.
