What your future day will look like:
  • Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across invoice processing and payments.
  • Review and approve vendor master data, ensuring all regulatory, tax, and banking requirements are met.
  • Lead efforts to improve AP workflows, including automation initiatives and process standardization.
  • Monitor AP aging and drive resolution of discrepancies, outstanding balances, and credit issues.
  • Provide oversight of payment processing activities and ensure proper controls are followed.
  • Support and guide team members while coordinating with internal departments to resolve escalated issues.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • 3–5+ years of Accounts Payable experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of full AP cycle, internal controls, and vendor management processes
  • Experience reviewing and approving work, including vendor data and payment transactions
  • Background in ERP systems such as Sage Intacct or similar platforms
  • Ability to identify process improvements and support automation initiatives
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and influence others
  • Have the ability to pass a background check, credit check, and drug test
  • Preferably have a BS in Accounting
