Join the Clean Energy Solutions (CES) organization as a Marketing Specialist, providing logistical and production support for marketing initiatives serving the commercial and industrial energy efficiency portfolio. This role supports the delivery of a complex, multi-channel B2B marketing plan while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Marketing Specialist Responsibilities

• Support production processes for a suite of B2B marketing assets, which could include paid media (i.e., banner ads, video, email, sponsored-content features, SEM), collateral (i.e., flyers, banners), case studies, website content, etc.

• Partner with internal stakeholders representing multiple business units, including corporate communications, legal, program staff, etc.

• Provide strategic marketing viewpoints and direction, participating in plan development and implementation activities.

• Ad hoc marketing support projects, as assigned.

Marketing Specialist Qualifications Required

• Bachelor s degree in marketing or communications.

• Professional history of two or three years in a marketing or related-industry environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills. Excellent attention to detail; ability to perform rigorous QA/QC on marketing collateral.

• Demonstrated copyediting capabilities, with a background in upholding company brand and style standards.

Marketing Specialist Qualifications Desired

• Familiarity with content production systems such as Wrike and monday.com.

• Strong project management skills.

• Experience coordinating work items and associated deliverables across multiple internal business units, as well as vendor relations.

• Sufficient knowledge of energy efficiency and subsequent programmatic offerings/customer value propositions.

Marketing Specialist Location & Work Setup

• Location: Newark, NJ

• Work Setup: Hybrid minimum in office two or three days per week, depending on business conditions.
