HVAC Technician

Are you an experienced HVAC professional who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting, and solving problems? Augusta Plumbing and Heating is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to join our team in St. Cloud, MN.

This role offers the opportunity to work on HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair while providing customers with dependable, professional service.

Your Schedule

This is a consistent weekday schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

What You'll Need

We're looking for a skilled HVAC professional with at least 4 years of HVAC experience.

Additional requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, crawl, reach, push, pull, and climb as needed
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds

Relevant HVAC education or training is preferred, but not required.

Your Role

You'll diagnose HVAC issues, perform maintenance and repairs, and install HVAC equipment and systems. You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain available service options, and complete approved work.

You may also assist with boiler and water heater service when needed. We'll support your continued development through training and education opportunities designed to help you expand your skills and earn additional licenses and certifications.
