• Pay Rate: $33.00 $34.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Overtime: Overtime applicable

Job Summary

This is a client-facing HVAC Technician role supporting commercial facilities operations, primarily working independently with some teamwork. The position is covering parental leave and carries the potential to convert to a full-time employee role if headcount becomes available. The successful candidate will complete daily work orders across a range of general maintenance, light electrical, light plumbing, and facilities upkeep tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Commercial door maintenance skills
• Specific past experience in either electric or plumbing
• Forklift and safety certifications

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred

Required Experience

• 5 years of experience with commercial or residential multi-family experience

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Must meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs/ladders
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
• Client-facing role
• Primarily independent work with some teamwork
• Background check required: CBRE Safety Specific with drug screen
