What You’ll Be Rockin’:
- Diagnose, repair, service, and maintain residential & commercial HVAC systems like a boss
- Turn routine maintenance calls into high-value sales opportunities
- Recommend and sell HVAC system replacements, air flow, and air quality upgrades
- Design, install, or modify ductwork like an HVAC artist
- Deliver top-notch preventative maintenance services
- Support and train junior and mid-level techs
- Jump in for field/technical support and quality inspections
- Keep your truck stocked and your parts game strong
- Help out with general maintenance tasks when needed
- Keep customer relationships smooth, positive, and professional
You’ve Got the Goods If You:
- Have 3+ years of HVAC field experience
- Are EPA certified (NATE certification is a bonus!)
- Know how to close a deal and upsell with confidence
- Can work in heat, cold, tight spaces, crawlspaces, and attics
- Can lift heavy equipment and work on ladders
- Have a clean driving record and pass a background check & drug test
- Show up clean, professional, and ready to impress
- Know your way around a tablet or computer
