Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• In-person, on-site work at client properties

Job Summary

The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure reliable performance, safety, and compliance with all applicable codes and company standards. This role supports uninterrupted building operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system efficiency and longevity
• Diagnose system malfunctions and complete corrective repairs in a timely manner
• Inspect HVAC components, identify deficiencies, and recommend repairs or improvements
• Respond to service requests and emergency calls as required
• Maintain accurate records of services performed using maintenance management systems
• Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and clients regarding service status

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC technical training preferred
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician in commercial or facility service environments
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, and mechanical components
• Ability to troubleshoot problems independently and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment and working in confined spaces
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to pass a background check
