Key Requirements:

• Must have HVAC Technician experience.
• Must possess a valid EPA Certification.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces, including crawl spaces, attics, and mechanical rooms.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work in and out of attics.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move HVAC equipment and materials as required.
• Ability to follow EPA regulations for handling refrigerants and comply with OSHA safety standards.

Job Duties:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Install new heating, cooling, ventilation, and air quality systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Inspect HVAC systems to identify potential problems and recommend preventative maintenance solutions.
• Test system performance and ensure proper operation after installation or repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning coils, replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical components.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, inspections, and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.
• Educate customers on energy-efficient upgrades, replacement options, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Shifts:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with possible weekend on call
