Key Requirements:

Must have HVAC Technician experience
Must have EPA Certification
Must have the ability to install new heating, cooling and ventilation systems
Diagnosing, repairing and adjusting HVAC systems
must be able to climb in and out of attics
Ability to follow EPA regulations for handling refrigerants and complying with OSHA Safety standards
Maintaining detailed records of service calls, repairs and inspections
Explaining issues to customers, providing repair options and recommending energy-efficient upgrades
Must be willing to travel
Must have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving history
Must have a clean Background
