What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Test newly installed equipment to ensure proper operation and performance.
- Diagnose system issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
- Explain system operation, maintenance recommendations, and repair options to customers.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services when appropriate.
- Complete work orders, service reports, and other required documentation accurately.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and service parts.
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and well-maintained.
- Follow all company safety policies and industry standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every job.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC installation and service experience.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Plumbing experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00–$40.00/hour based on experience.
- Uncapped commission of up to 5% on qualifying sales.
