Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure systems are operating efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigeration principles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification is a plus.
