What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of service experience in HVAC/R
- Proficiency in basic refrigeration concepts
- Ability to wire and start up various systems, including split systems, mini splits, heat pumps, AC units, rooftop units, VAV systems, and walk-in coolers
- Strong skills in reading wiring schematics
- Detail-oriented when it comes to writing up comprehensive service reports
- Knowledge of key HVAC/R components such as relays, interlocks, smoke detectors, thermostats, crankcase heaters, and head pressure controls
- Skilled in pulling a vacuum and properly charging systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for system failures
- Strong communication skills to interact with both the team and clients
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience
- Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Day Shift
- Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
