What You''ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC and ventilation systems, using root-cause analysis to ensure long-term solutions.
  • Perform comprehensive maintenance, including cleaning air handlers and coils, system calibration, and replacing wear-and-tear components (motors, fans, belts, and filters).
  • Translate technical findings into clear repair options for homeowners and provide transparent, upfront pricing.
  • Evaluate aging or inefficient equipment and educate customers on system replacements and ongoing maintenance memberships.
  • professional rapport with homeowners to better understand lifestyle needs and system requirements.
  • Maintain consistent communication with Dispatch and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient scheduling and job completion.
  • Manage a fully stocked service vehicle and ensure all job sites are kept clean, safe, and organized.
  • Complete all invoices, timecards, and service reports accurately and on time via company mobile platforms.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of local HVAC codes and safety standards.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs.
  • Ability to frequent stoop, kneel and crouch to work in tight spaces.
  • Ability to climb and work from ladders.
  • Must be able to work in both extreme heat and cold, as well as adverse weather conditions.
