We are recruiting for a growing and expanding HVAC organization in the Miami/Medley area seeking an HVAC Technical Support Specialist to join its technical team.

What You’ll Do
- Provide technical troubleshooting support for residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Assist contractors and technicians by phone and through a ticketing system
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment, parts, electrical issues, and system performance
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and refrigeration circuits
- Review voltage, amperage, pressure readings, and other diagnostic information
- Help determine whether equipment issues are related to installation, operation, electrical components, or equipment failure
- Perform structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Document technical findings and diagnostic information accurately
- Maintain clear case documentation within internal systems
- Support the technical validation process for warranty-related issues
- Deliver professional, knowledgeable customer support in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of HVAC technical experience required
- 5+ years of HVAC experience strongly preferred
- Previous HVAC technical support, troubleshooting, diagnostics, or equipment support experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of inverter technology OR a strong electrical background is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of split systems and heat pumps
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable communicating technical information to contractors and technicians
- Experience working with HVAC distributors, manufacturers, contractors, or technical support teams is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Must be comfortable working 100% on-site in the Miami/Medley area
