What You'll Do:

• Lead regular technical training sessions to sharpen field technicians' skills, keep certifications current, and raise service quality
• Evaluate technician performance through ride-alongs, quality check inspections, and competency assessments
• Manage callbacks, resolve them quickly, and dig into root causes to stop repeat issues
• Support large job sales with technical expertise, site visits, and accurate project estimates
• Track KPIs for technician performance, quality, and customer satisfaction, and build improvement plans around them
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in the field and act as a go-to resource for the team
• Partner with recruiting to evaluate technical ability during hiring, and mentor technicians toward accountability and growth

What We Need:

• 5+ years of experience as a field technician or in a supervisory role, with a strong technical background in HVAC
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, with exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Computer literacy, including MS Office and comfort with business tools; ServiceTitan or similar CRM/scheduling software experience is a plus
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• A clean motor vehicle record with an active driver's license, and the ability to pass a background and drug screen upon offer
• Ability to perform physical field work, including standing, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 75 pounds, as part of ride-alongs and inspections
