    WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

    The Technical Part:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) with at least five (5) years of experience in HVAC Systems within the Pharmaceutical industry.
    • Bilingual (English & Spanish). 
    • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
    • Experience in:
      • Strong expertise in HVAC systems, with general knowledge of utilities such as chillers, compressors, and cooling towers.
      • Extensive experience providing technical support for manufacturing operations, leading root cause investigations, HVAC performance trending, filter integrity testing (DOP/PAO), TAB report analysis, SOP development, and implementation of reliability and maintenance strategies. 
      • Capital Projects and Engineering Support .

    AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL:(The day-to-day on the job)

    • Provide daily technical support for floor operations.
    • Lead troubleshooting and investigations for manufacturing issues or deviations
    • Perform RCA, alarm management, seasonal adjustments, and performance trending
    • Filter integrity testing (DOP/PAO) and TAB report interpretation
    • Define return-to-service requirements after maintenance interventions
    • Write and review SOPs and special operating instructions
    • Develop User Requirements Specifications (URS), Project Charters, and business cases (CAPEX)
    • Participate in design reviews; modify and approve P&IDs
    • FAT/SAT protocol development and execution
    • Risk assessments (FMEA) and process improvement initiatives (RCA, A3)
    • Develop maintenance strategies (equipment ID, spare parts, job plans)
    • Support automation, qualification, and startup activities
    • Ensure safety, environmental, and change control requirements are met throughout project execution.
