    Description

    Build comfort. Build your career.

Since 1949, our family-owned team has grown to 60+ employees by doing things the right way—reliable work, straight answers, and friendly service for residential and commercial customers. As an HVAC Systems Installation Technician, you’ll get the tools, training, and support you need to deliver great installs without sales pressure.

    A day in the life

You meet your crew at the shop, review the plan, and load out. On site, you remove an aging system and install a high-efficiency heat pump, verifying clearances and line sets. In the afternoon, you transition to a light commercial rooftop unit start-up, documenting readings and confirming code compliance before leaving the space cleaner than you found it. Throughout the week, you may rotate onto a boiler replacement, a geothermal loop project, or lend a hand to service for seasonal maintenance or repairs. Collaboration and craftsmanship are the constants.

    What you’ll install

    • Heat pumps and air conditioners
    • Gas/oil furnaces and gas/oil boilers
    • Geothermal systems
    • Rooftop units and cooling towers
    • Other residential, light commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC equipment

    How you’ll work

    • Follow manufacturer specs, company standards, and local codes

    • Team up with installers and technicians to deliver quality results
    • Navigate attics, crawlspaces, basements, and outdoor environments

No flat-rate pay. No sales quotas. No collecting payments. Focus on craftsmanship while we focus on supporting you.
