You will:
- Deliver accredited instruction in HVAC technologies — from theory to application.
- Run hands-on labs in a fully equipped, climate-controlled facility using industry-standard equipment.
- Create a dynamic learning atmosphere that encourages curiosity and skill mastery.
- Assess performance, document progress, and provide constructive coaching.
- Align lesson plans to industry standards and certification expectations.
- Collaborate with teammates to continually strengthen program effectiveness and graduate success.
- Stay up to date with HVAC/R innovations, tools, and codes.
- Coach learners toward certification exams and job readiness.
You bring:
- At least 3 years of HVAC Technician experience.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Energy for mentoring and motivating students from all backgrounds.
Campus-specific requirement (Hicksville):
Lincoln Tech is piloting a classroom recording initiative at our Hicksville campus. As a condition of employment at this location, all instructors are required to sign a recording consent agreement prior to hire. Candidates who are unable to provide consent will not be eligible for this position.
