What You'll Do: Be the HVAC Hero Your primary responsibility is to apply your advanced technical expertise to ensure comfort, safety, and operational excellence across our properties. - HVAC & System Diagnosis: Expertly diagnose, troubleshoot, install, and repair complex HVAC systems using your Universal EPA Certification. Confidently address electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and appliance issues at an advanced level.
- Rapid Response & Quality: Respond promptly to all work assignments, working diligently to complete duties to company standards and ensuring minimum callbacks or complaints. Maintain clean work areas and meticulous attention to detail.
- Cost-Effective Execution: Perform repairs in line with property budgets, making smart material selections and diligently utilizing product warranties and guarantees before making purchases or contracting vendors.
- On-Call Reliability: Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation (including nights, weekends, and holidays), promptly responding to and performing all after-hours and emergency maintenance calls.
