A Day in the Life at Tim Kyle Electric, Heating & Cooling

You'll start the day in your fully stocked take-home truck, heading to homes around Carroll County.

You'll diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and replace worn parts.

At each stop, you'll explain the issue clearly so the homeowner knows their options.

Once a week, the team gets together for breakfast, and you'll get real time off when the day is done.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Replace faulty or worn parts
• Install upgrades and equipment
• Explain issues clearly to homeowners
• Keep your truck and your work clean

Who We're Looking For

• You do the job right even when nobody is watching
• You enjoy solving problems and talking with homeowners
• 1+ years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred)
• Journeyman license preferred, not required
• Valid driver's license and able to pass pre-employment checks
