Job Summary
We are seeking a skilledHVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation,and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshootingskills, works well independently, and delivers reliable service to residentialand/or commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, adjusting, and replacing components
- Test system performance and ensure proper operation
- Install replacement parts and new equipment as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and local codes
- Explain system issues and repair options clearly to customers
- Complete service tickets, work orders, and documentation accurately
- Maintain service vehicle inventory and keep tools in good condition
Qualifications
- HVAC certification or technical training preferred
- EPA Section 608 Certification required
- 2–5 years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and electrical components
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

- Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight or elevated spaces
Work Environment
- Residential and commercial job sites
- Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- On-call or emergency service may be required
- Overtime and weekend work may be needed
