HVAC Service Technician

Our client, a commercial HVAC services provider, is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be part of the Service Department supporting the Commercial & Industrial HVAC Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a self-driven work style, and reliable decision-making abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Tucson,Arizona
Pay Range: $30–$45/hour (DOE)

What’s the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Diagnose system issues and make independent service decisions in the field
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and customer standards
• Communicate with customers and internal teams on service needs and updates
• Maintain high productivity while working with minimal supervision

What’s Needed?

• Valid EPA certification required
• 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and independent decision-making skills
• Experience working on large commercial or industrial systems (chillers a plus)
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and MVR screening
