As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, helping them understand their options and recommending solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and system reliability.

Qualifications:

Previous residential HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a variety of HVAC systems
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to effectively explain technical information to homeowners
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Perform service and preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
Conduct comprehensive system evaluations and accurately identify equipment issues
Present repair options and recommendations clearly and professionally to homeowners
Educate customers on system performance, maintenance needs, and energy-efficiency opportunities
Identify opportunities for equipment replacement or system upgrades when appropriate
Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication
Accurately document service findings, completed work, and recommendations
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
Ensure all work is completed with the highest level of quality and professionalism
