We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, hands-on HVAC service experience, and the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Candidates should have at least three years of HVAC experience, a valid EPA Type II certification, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Applicants must reside within approximately a 30-minute commute of Syracuse, NY.
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems and related equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and air conditioning systems.
Repair, replace, and maintain HVAC components and equipment.
Service heating systems, air conditioning units, heat pumps, boilers, and related mechanical equipment.
Identify equipment malfunctions and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentation.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment issues and completed work.
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Follow applicable safety procedures and industry standards while performing field service work.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience required.
Valid EPA Type II certification required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Experience servicing heating systems, air conditioning units, heat pumps, and boilers.
Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and determine effective repair solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently in a field-service environment.
HVAC or related technical certification is preferred.
Must be located within approximately a 30-minute drive of Syracuse, NY.
