HVAC Service Technician

Focus Heating & Cooling is looking for a HVAC Service Tech to join their team of service experts who handle everything from small repairs of residential heating and cooling systems to large replacements of commercial equipment. Company tablet with integrated software and cellphone or reimbursement for use of personal phone when working independently.

Wage: $30-$40 an hour

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, parts and installation teams
• Repair & maintain customer HVAC systems
• Excel in customer relations
• Keep company truck clean, inside and out
• Keep truck inventory up to date
• Properly complete paperwork
• Join the on-call rotation
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional

Qualifications:

• 3+ years HVAC technical experience
• EPA certification
• Preference given to LEB & LEA holders
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Have and maintain a clean driving record
