What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Read wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and service manuals
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Repair or replace components, piping, fittings, drains, and related parts
- Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation
- Provide professional customer service while following safe work practices
What We’re Looking For
- HVAC service, repair, and troubleshooting experience
- Valid Connecticut HVAC license
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems independently
- At least 3 years of independent HVAC service experience
- Experience with boilers, refrigeration, and/or commercial HVAC is a plus
