Responsibilities

What You''ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and uphold Berkeys'' quality standards.

Qualifications

What You''ll Bring

• EPA Universal Certification (Required)
• Active Texas TDLR Registration (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver''s license with a minimum of 5 years of driving history
