What's in it for You?

• $27 to $35 per hour, based on experience

• Full-time, year-round work

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Rotating Saturday morning on-call schedule from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

• Typically 40 to 50 hours per week

Your New Role

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Perform HVAC service, repairs, and preventive maintenance

• Install and replace heating and cooling equipment according to manufacturer specifications and applicable codes

• Complete HVAC equipment change-outs

• Install and service standby generator systems

• Troubleshoot mechanical and light electrical components related to HVAC equipment

• Explain repair and replacement options clearly so customers can make informed decisions

• Complete service documentation and work orders accurately

• Maintain safe, professional work practices at customer homes and businesses

• Travel to service calls throughout Shawnee, OK, and surrounding communities

• Valid Oklahoma State HVAC Journeyman License, or a previously held Oklahoma Journeyman License that can be reactivated before starting employment

• HVAC certification required

• 3 to 5 years of HVAC service and installation experience

• Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Experience working with residential or light commercial heating and cooling systems

• Ability to communicate repair and replacement options clearly with customers

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move HVAC tools and equipment as required

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements preferred

• Standby generator experience preferred

• Electrical or light electrical HVAC experience preferred

• HVAC equipment replacement and change-out experience preferred
