Your responsibilities will include:Troubleshoot residential HVAC systems and accurately identify equipment problems.Complete repairs and service work efficiently and according to quality standards.Perform scheduled maintenance and help customers keep their systems operating reliably.Explain equipment issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations in a way homeowners can easily understand.Document completed work and communicate effectively with the office team.Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude while working inside customers' homes.Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to provide an excellent overall customer experience.Your Earning PotentialThis is more than a standard hourly service position.
