What You'll Be Doing

Your day is hands-on and people-focused. You'll be out helping homeowners solve real comfort problems, bringing skill, accuracy, and calm when they need it most.

You'll diagnose issues, provide solutions, and educate customers so they feel taken care of, not talked down to. This role matters because you're not just repairing HVAC systems. You're restoring comfort at home.

The Hiring Process

What You'll Earn

You'll earn $80,000-$100,000 per year in this role, with performance-based bonuses on top. The schedule runs 30 to 50 hours a week, giving you clear expectations and room to earn through strong performance.
