Job Summary:
Diagnose and repair gas furnaces, heat pumps (oil experience is a plus).
Perform maintenance, service calls, install Iaq and parts you diagnose.
Communicate clearly with homeowners (no high pressure sales).
Accurately document work you diagnose and perform.
Maintain a clean, organized work van.
Follow safety and quality standards.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday
Optional overtime available
On call rotation (very fair and reasonable)
Qualifications:
- Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Valid Drivers License & clean driving record
- EPA Certification
- Professional, respectful, and customer focused
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
We value reliability and attitude just as much as technical skills
Pay and Benefits
$30- $85 per hour (our pay structure has no cap)
