HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Experienced HVAC Service Technician Needed! 

Are you a skilled HVAC professional with a passion for delivering top-notch commercial service? Our client, a leading firm in the construction and mechanical industry, is looking for a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join their team.

This role requires a proactive technician who can manage day-to-day labor allocation to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting complex HVAC, hydronic, piping, and control systems, providing senior technical support to peers and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction through follow-ups and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Allocate labor resources effectively for timely and profitable job completion

- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, hydronic, piping, and controls issues

- Provide senior technical guidance to other service technicians

- Participate in job site and office meetings, prepared to address challenges

- Accurately complete all project-related documentation including revisions and equipment requests

- Respond dependably in emergency situations

- Perform any additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration (some residential experience is acceptable)

- HVAC licenses valid in KY regions

- EPA Universal License

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints

- Proficient with hand and power tools, specialized tools like Recovery Machines, Multi Meters, and Combustion Analyzers

- Strong technical skills with precise attention to accuracy and productivity

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Certifications:

- EPA Universal

- Brazer Continuity

- OSHA 10 - Construction
