- Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Rotating on-call schedule for emergency service
- Year-round work

What You'll Do:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, service, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and light commercial properties.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnose and repair heating and cooling equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
- Troubleshoot HVAC system and equipment issues
- Clearly explain findings and repair options to customers
- Educate customers about equipment, maintenance, and indoor comfort solutions
- Recommend products, accessories, upgrades, and Planned Service Agreements when they provide value to the customer
- Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
- Provide professional, friendly, and respectful customer service
- Participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of combined HVAC service and/or HVAC education
- Knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and mobile applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Dependable and organized
- Willingness to learn and continue developing technical skills
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- NATE and EPA certifications preferred, or ability to obtain required certifications within six months of employment
- Industry certifications and city competency cards are a plus.
