You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service while ensuring customer satisfaction and system reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, service, and repair a variety of HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration equipmentPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing HVAC and mechanical systemsRead and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plansConduct plumbing connections and proper refrigerant handlingUse diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issuesWeld and fabricate components as needed for repairsPerform field service tasks and ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codesMaintain detailed documentation of work performed and parts used in ServiceTitanAssist with system start-up, testing, and commissioning as requiredQualificationsMinimum 3 years of working experience as an HVAC Service Technician or InstallerStrong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, air conditioning, and mechanical repairExperience reading schematics, blueprints, and technical diagramsFamiliarity with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniquesValid California driver's license with a clean driving recordEPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a physically demanding environmentStrong problem-solving skills and commitment to safety and quality workmanshipThis is an in-person position.
