    HVAC Service Technician -
    The HVAC Service Technician plays a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems while delivering a superior customer experience. Results-driven and focused on first-time fixes, maximizing efficiency, and presenting solutions that promote system performance, energy efficiency, and customer peace of mind all while working in a close knit supportive team environment.

    Responsibilities
    • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
    • Perform preventative maintenance, tune-ups, and safety inspections.
    • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, and airflow issues.
    • Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers.
    • Promote maintenance plans, indoor air quality products, and system upgrades when appropriate.
    • Complete service documentation and collect customer payments.
    Qualifications
    • 2+ years of residential/light commercial HVAC service experience.
    • EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal).
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to read wiring diagrams and use digital diagnostic tools.
    • NATE certification, trade school, HCP or ServiceTitan experience.
    • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Lift and love up to 75 lbs regularly
    • Work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops and other tight / hot spaces.
    • Stand, kneel, climb and crouch for extended periods.
    • Operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
    • Drive company vehicle and maintain clean driving record.

    Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
