    Service Wizards is now seeking a HVAC Service Technician - Journeyman to join our team at our Tulsa location. Our Service Technicians provide the highest level of value-added customer service and are committed to performing service repairs, equipment maintenance, and replacements for our customers as needed, 24/7. We are looking for an individual that will make quality repairs in a timely manner, maintain their equipment to the highest standards, and build trusting relationships with our clients.

     

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Service, repair, and/or propose replacement of warm air furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems, and related piping and electrical.
    • To service and startup equipment and adjust to the manufacturers and job specification.
    • To troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues that arise that would keep the equipment from functioning properly.
    • Communicate to the consumer on the proper operation and owner’s maintenance of the installed equipment. Answer related questions as to operation, features, and functions to the homeowner.
    • Perform required documentation for each call, recording recommendations, repairs, accurate readings, and observations. Have client sign necessary paperwork and collect payments as directed.


    Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

    • 608 EPA (Universal) License (Preferred)
    • OK Mechanical Journeyman License (Required)
    • Driver's License (Required)
    • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
    • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with Smartphone, iPad etc.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule
    • Trouble-shooting skills
    • Strong attention to safety
    • Ability to work independently and on a team
