Compensation: $30-$40 per hour, based on experience

What You''ll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Explain findings and provide clear, honest recommendations to customers
- Deliver professional, dependable service on every call
- Maintain accurate job notes and service documentation
What We''re Looking For
- Three or more years of HVAC experience preferred; candidates with a strong mechanical background will also be considered
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot systems
- Understanding of airflow, air balancing, and sheet metal practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A reliable, self-motivated approach and willingness to work as part of a team
- Valid driver''s license and an insurable driving record
- NATE certification preferred but not required, with support available to pursue certification
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
