HVAC Service Technician | $24.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 4:30pm | occasional overtime
Position Overview:
- Perform maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems to ensure reliable operation
- Diagnose equipment issues, replace defective components, and complete repairs efficiently
- Recommend appropriate repair solutions and inform homeowners about indoor air quality improvement options
- Explain the value of preventive maintenance programs to help extend system lifespan and improve performance
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service while building strong client relationships

Qualifications:
- 2 + years of residential HVAC service experience
- Annual maintenance experience
- Universal EPA Certification
- Demonstrate advanced customer service skills
- Nate Core Certification & Acquire Specialty Certifications within 1 Year of hire
- Possess tools needed
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurance by company carrier
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School - Desired
