Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Location: Denver Metro Area, CO
Pay: $35.00–$55.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

We're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team serving customers throughout the Denver Metro area. What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
• Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, heat pumps, exhaust fans, make-up air units, and ventilation systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Read wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers.
• Complete digital service reports and document work performed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with commercial HVAC controls and electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on rooftops, ladders, and mechanical rooms.

Preferred Experience

• VRF/VRV systems
• Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)
• Chillers and boilers
• Refrigeration experience
• NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
