Location: Charlottesville, VA

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Pay Range: $30.00-$45.00 (DOE)

We are a full-service MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contractor with over 50 years of experience serving commercial customers. Our diverse capabilities include New Construction, Mechanical Service, Industrial Refrigeration, and Manufacturing, and we pride ourselves on quality, safety, and employee development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and associated controls. • Work with medium to large heating and cooling systems in real-world environments. • Diagnose system issues using tools and instrumentation.
  • Disassemble and reassemble components to perform necessary repairs.
  • Provide top-tier service to commercial clients in office, healthcare, and industrial environments.
  • Maintain safety standards and company policies on all job sites.

What You Bring:

  • Commercial HVAC service experience (required)
  • EPA Universal Certification (required)
  • Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment and controls • Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
  • Journeyman’s license (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to read technical documentation and communicate effectively with customers and teammates
  • Self-starter with a team-first mindset
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
