Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to handle preventive maintenance, complex troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work independently in the field while delivering high-quality service and maintaining professional customer relations across commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and service a wide variety of commercial HVAC equipment, packaged units, and split systems in compliance with safety codes.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance tune-ups and comprehensive system checks on commercial properties.

• Execute technical troubleshooting and problem-solving efficiently on job sites.

• Provide clear, professional updates and recommendations to commercial clients and facility managers.

• Maintain accurate work logs, safety records, and equipment inventory on your assigned company vehicle.

• Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, local building codes, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC service and maintenance experience.

• Certifications: EPA Universal Certification required; NATE certification strongly preferred.

• License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV record.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the day and safely navigate rooftops/equipment rooms.

• Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, blueprint/schematic reading, and excellent communication abilities.
