Responsibilities Include:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Replace filters, clean coils, and perform other necessary maintenance tasks to extend the life of HVAC systems.
- Provide accurate troubleshooting reports and determine the root cause of system failures.
- Replace or repair faulty components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain HVAC issues, repairs, and recommendations.
- Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards when working with HVAC equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and hours worked.
- Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC experience.
- EPA Certification required.
- Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements.
- Neat, clean and organized.
- Great work ethic.
