Cash bonuses on accessories and servicesTechs receive 40+hours yearly of paid leave for NATE Certifications and dealer trainingWhat We Are Looking For: 2 + years of HVAC service experience Residential Service experience requiredEPA Universal Certification Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Experience making repair and replacement recommendations Low voltage license or commitment to acquire within 2 years of employment Advanced customer service skills High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and insurable driving recordCertificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School is desiredCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
