As an HVAC Service Technician Apprentice, you'll learn alongside an experienced technician while developing the skills to become a trusted professional homeowners can count on.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll learn the technical side of HVAC. But just as importantly, you'll learn how to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Build relationships with homeowners by listening, understanding their concerns, and earning their trust.
• Communicate confidently and help customers understand their heating and cooling systems.
• Train alongside an experienced HVAC technician to learn inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Help homeowners find solutions by clearly explaining service recommendations without high-pressure sales tactics.
• Develop hands-on mechanical skills while working with HVAC equipment and tools.
• Grow into an independent HVAC Service Technician with the technical knowledge and people skills to succeed.

We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to care about people, take initiative, and be willing to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

• $18–$23 per hour
• Commission incentives as you develop your skills

• Have basic mechanical aptitude and enjoy working with your hands.

No HVAC experience required. Recent HVAC trade school graduates and applicants with hands-on mechanical experience are encouraged to apply.
