What You'll Do
- Assist technicians with diagnosing and servicing HVAC systems
- Help with maintenance, repairs, and basic installations
- Learn tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Build skills to eventually run your own service calls
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with insurable record
- Strong mechanical aptitude (hands-on experience is a plus)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Good communication and customer service mindset
- Comfortable working in different weather conditions
