Technicians are expected to deliver reliable repairs and preventative maintenance while following company standards and ensuring a positive customer experience. Strong technical ability and professional communication are both essential for success in this role.ScheduleMonday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Rotational on-call duty and overtime required as neededKey ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems in residential and commercial environmentsTroubleshoot system issues and determine effective repair solutionsComplete annual maintenance and service agreements with accuracy and efficiencyMake informed repair-versus-replace recommendations based on system conditionRead and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical blueprintsCommunicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommended solutionsDeliver professional, customer-focused service on every job siteMaintain organized work practices and operate independently in the fieldTake responsibility for job completion, service quality, and customer satisfactionSafely lift and handle equipment and materials up to 100 lbsQualificationsMinimum of 2+ years HVAC service and maintenance experience requiredValid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving recordEPA Universal Certification requiredNATE certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 daysStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in HVAC systemsExperience making repair and replacement decisions in the fieldAbility to interpret electrical wiring diagrams and system layoutsStrong customer service and communication abilitiesSelf-motivated with ability to work independentlyWillingness to take on responsibility and grow into leadership opportunitiesPhysically able to lift up to 100 lbsImportant NoticeNo phone calls or in-office inquiries will be accepted for this position.
