This position requires the ability to evaluate system performance, identify appropriate repair or replacement solutions, explain recommendations clearly to customers, and complete service documentation accurately.Additional responsibilities include reading wiring diagrams and blueprints, applying basic sheet metal practices, performing air-balancing work, and safely operating scissors lifts and Genie lifts when required. The technician must be comfortable accepting responsibility, working independently, and providing leadership when needed.Required QualificationsMinimum of two years of HVAC service experienceEPA certificationValid driver's license and insurable driving recordAvailability to participate in the required on-call work scheduleStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilitiesFamiliarity with a wide range of residential and commercial HVAC equipmentExperience evaluating repair-versus-replacement optionsAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsKnowledge of basic sheet metal practicesUnderstanding of air-balancing principles and techniquesAbility to safely operate scissors lifts and Genie liftsStrong customer service, communication, and organizational skillsWillingness to take responsibility and step into leadership rolesNATE certification and completion of an HVAC trade-school program are preferred.NO PHONE CALLS OR IN-OFFICE INQUIRIES REGARDING THIS POSITION.
