Eastergard HVAC is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Specialist to maintain and repair residential and commercial heating and cooling systems throughout Greenville and Spartanburg Counties.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $25-$40 per hour, depending on experience.
• Earning Potential: Our top earners make $125,000+ annually.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $4,000.*
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with an on-call rotation.

Your Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance to support reliable heating and cooling.
• Complete service work according to company standards.
• Explain system issues and completed work clearly to customers.
• Provide professional, courteous service during every visit.
• Assist with training and developing other service technicians.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of HVAC experience
• EPA Universal refrigerant handling certification
• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
• Refrigeration experience is a strong plus
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC technical school preferred
